FORENSIC BLUEPRINT LLC

Peter DeKraker is the Founder and Lead Instructor for Forensic Blueprint LLC. He has over 12 years of law enforcement experience, with over 8 years of combined crime scene investigation experience, and is a current forensics detective and lead CSI with a northern Colorado police department. He is also a Certified Crime Scene Investigator (CCSI), through the International Association for Identification (IAI).

Peter has a wide range of experience instructing photography, crime scene investigation techniques, forensic investigations, firearms, and more. He is a POST Academy instructor of the topics of Crime Scene Documentation, ID & Collection of Evidence, and Crime Scene Search. He also teaches a 40 hour "Basic CSI" course at his department to sworn and professional staff, and is an expert on a variety of photography methods and techniques. In addition to CSI and photography, Peter is a full skills firearms Instructor and experienced drone pilot.

Holding a Bachelors degree in Social Studies and Mathematics with a Secondary Education background, Peter is passionate about teaching, coaching, and helping people learn new skills to advance their careers.
